Visitors to Llantrisant will be amazed that from every street corner there are beautiful views over the rolling country of the Vale of Glamorgan or north to the higher hills of the Rhondda.

At the foot of Llantrisant's abrupt escarpment is the modern shopping centre at Talbot Green, the complete antithesis of the ancient town above.

Llantrisant Town Trust are the largest landowners in the area and manage the Commons, Graig and Castle Green for the Freemen of the town.

When you visit Llantrisant, take advantage of the series of popular walks around the area, enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding countryside and learn more about this fascinating town and area.

The walks have been designed by Llantrisant Community Council in association with the Taff Ely Ramblers.
