Llantrisant Rugby Football Club

For more than 125 years Llantrisant men have proudly battled it out on the rugby field as their ancestors did at the Battle of Crecy.

That is why they have always been known as the Black Army, representing their home town on the rugby field with pride and passion.

The present clubhouse, built in the early 1970s has been a much-loved community asset since the day it opened its doors.

Family parties and wedding receptions, children’s pantomimes and concerts have all taken place in the main hall of the clubhouse.

With a busy bar and refurbished lounge which opens out onto the Cefn Mabley field, the clubhouse remains a popular venue for entertainment all year round.
