Model House Craft & Design Centre

Model House Craft and Design Centre opened in 1989 and now welcomes around 35,000 visitors a year. 

Llantrisant Gallery occupies the ground floor while three further upper floors are filled with beautiful, contemporary studios for craftspeople.

The Victorian exterior certainly belies the wealth of fantastic objects you will find
inside as craftspeople create everything from paintings and jewellery to glass and sculptor.

Model House also runs a busy events programme to encourage creativity amongst its visitors. Events range from children's activities to more specialised workshops for craft and design enthusiasts.
